Hello! My name is Harry Hampson and I’m a registered osteopath treating in Bearsden and Inverkip.

My interest in osteopathy originated after being treated for an episode of back pain that previously hadn’t gone away. After a few twists and turns, some massage and stretches I felt so much better and I was sold! I wanted to know how to do this!

Qualifications

• First Class Masters Degree in Osteopathy
• Basic Life Support Training – Adult and Child
• First Aid Level 2 First Aid for Sport
• YMCA Gym Instructor -writing up training plans, instructing exercise technique, and understanding regression and progression adaptations.

Experiences

• Working within an NHS musculoskeletal referral scheme.
• Local sports teams – football, rugby, and golf.

How I treat

I can help you on your way in the clinic with hands on treatment, then advise on suitable stretches, exercises, or simply some lifestyle changes (diet, sleep, relaxation).

Interests

I have a variety of interests and hobbies and am always looking to try something new! Currently, I really enjoy road cycling, sea/lake/river (and recently loch) swimming and traveling. Also, I am devoted fan of my home team Derby County Football Club.
